We had to fill with caulk lots of holes that carpenter bees had created. We stained the exterior of the cedar plank siding and fence here in Jonesboro, GA.  We also installed a gutter to direct water away from what was creating a severe leak in their back screened-in porch. We also replaced some decking in the crawl space underneath the porch.
Once we painted the cedar siding it made the roof, fence and trim all come together beautifully.
